Our mission is to help individuals with special needs, and their families, achieve maximum potential and independence through an array of services.
Green Valley was born out of necessity over 40 years ago when a small group of very motivated parents decided it was time their children were given the opportunity to earn a pay check, just like their non-disabled peers. In 1968 the Dodge County Sheltered Workshop opened its doors on a tiny side street in the heart of Beaver Dam.
Since then, Green Valley has grown into a multi-faceted human service agency that provides solutions to over 400 families throughout Dodge County. A diverse 12-member Board of Directors oversees an agency budget of over 3.2 million dollars.
